We want you to love your Tara and the Tigress pieces. If something’s not quite right, we offer a flexible exchange policy to help make it right.
Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit
You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused/unworn and in original condition, with tags attached

The item is in its original packaging

You contact us first at hello@taraandthetigress.com — items returned without approval will not be accepted

All of the above are final sale.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for postage costs associated with exchanges

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns
How It Works

Once your return is received and approved, you can:

Exchange for a different item OR

Receive store credit to use for a future purchase

We’ll process your exchange within two business days of receiving your item and any applicable fees
Important Conditions
Tara and the Tigress reserves the right to decline exchanges if:

Your request is made after the 14-day window

The item is not returned within 48 hours of approval

The return is sent without prior approval

Items arrive used, damaged, or without original packaging
If an exchange is declined, we will notify you via email. Any return shipping remains your responsibility.
Handcrafted & Unique
Many of our garments are handcrafted, meaning that subtle variations in colour, weave, or pattern are natural — and part of what makes them special.
